Data sources and fair use
What we publish
Only adult college-level athletes. Each fact on a profile links to the public web page it came from, with the date we accessed it. If a fact has no public source, we don't show it.
Where facts come from
School athletics roster pages, public news and brand pages, podcast directories, and On3's public NIL valuation list. NIL figures are third-party published estimates, labeled as estimates, shown for display only and never used to rank anyone.
What we never publish
Minors. Contact details, home addresses, private messages, or anything behind a login. Athlete photos (profiles use initials). Rankings by money.
Fair use
We quote short facts and link to the original source for commentary and fan discussion. Names and trademarks belong to their owners. NIL MIXTAPE is an independent fan chart with no partnership with any athlete, school, conference or brand.
